Wrote C program on Unix system to maintain large website (http://geps.pac.com) of thousands of documents and graphics (For GE Nuclear). The code generated unique Active Server HTML on the fly depending on the user and their level of security. The code also encrypted and maintained passwords using the RSA algorithm to meet government regulations.

Scanned text and graphics for over 600 documents and transferred them into HTML format. Set up an Access database and a web site to organize these pages for clients.

Took the initiative to develop a C++ program to predict mainframe tape drive usage, resulting in a significant saving in man- hours.

Set up a front- end GUI interface in Visual Basic for a Work Flow Tracking program used at an application out- souring project. Also, assisted in development of the PowerBuilder back- end.

Converted several thousand pages of Microsoft Word documents into indexed PDF files using Adobe Acrobat and Frame Maker 5. The Adobe Reader PDF files were distributed to client sites on CD- ROM's that I engineered utilizing a Visual Basic Frontend. Also analyzed the Verity search engine for Web use in WWW applications. Presently, converting the information into a secure HTML Web Page.

System Analysis and Design. Developed a strategy for assessing Year 2000 impact and compliancy for Programs written in Visual Basic, FORTRAN and FoxPro. Used a tool to determined which lines of code would require conversion.

Migrated over 100 programs in Basic and Fortran from the Honeywell Bull to a DEC VAX or PC environment. Migration responsibilities included: writing test case matrices and test plans, updating documentation, running test cases, and conducting design reviews to re-validate the programs on the new platforms.

Designed weekly Problem Management reports in Infoman for a Mainframe environment. Also exported the data to Lotus 123 which automated specialized graphs and charts using Macros.

Independently created documentation and online Help for a Visual Basic product called Financial Analysis Systems Toolkit. This is a front end to a FOCUS product. Also, developed several Access Visial Basic Reports.

Installed and maintained three interlinked networks. Setup the following: One Novell data server at the hub; one Video Server using Starlight to multiprocess video images to seven separate kiosks simultaneously; and one Sun Workstation running a Product Data Management system for PC's and Mac's.

Programmed COBOL II modules for a large phone database system in DB2 from high level design using CICS on an IBM 3080 MVS System. Updated and maintained existing code to meet changing user needs.

Beta tested, debugged, and streamlined a Director Multimedia business software package just weeks before the release of the product.

Created macro- driven programs in Visual Basic for organizing a financial system in Excel. Developed easy to read manuals to assist my training classes.

Maintained, controlled, and coordinated the flow of batch jobs in a large interconnected system of Mainframe, VAX, and UNIX Servers.

Head Instructor of the Training Department. Received Highest performance evaluations for quality software and hardware training on a Novell Network. Also highly commended for field services, technical writing, phone support, and trouble shooting.

Responsible for coordinating and maintaining a LAN of PC's, for dBase III programming and for reorganizing the data flow of the department.

Provided badly needed computer Consulting, Systems Installation, and on- site Training for overseas headquarters.
