Profile

Sean (36) & Anne (33) have been married since 1996.  They came to ChiangMai in 1999 to work with YWAM Thailand and have immersed themselves into Thailand and the Thai culture.

Sean

Sean gave his life to Christ at the age of 3, and committed his life to missions at the age of 12.  Having grown up on the Mission Field in Thailand, Sean saw first hand what skills were needed to reach the unsaved with the gospel.  He often joined his father in the villages, and even smuggled bibles into restricted countries. He has a degree in Computer Science from Stetson University, and worked in the computer industry for 5 years.  During this time he was very involved with church ministry and completed 2 Youth With a Mission training schools.

Anne

Anne was born and raised in Australia, moving to the USA when she and Sean were married.  She gave her life to Christ at the age of 10, and committed her life to missions at 15.  Anne’s first missions experience was at the age of 17, when she joined a short term team in Hong Kong, China and The Philippines.  It was at this time she heard the call to South East Asia.  She ministered at her home church in Australia as a Worship Leader, Youth Leader, and small group leader for 6 years before marrying Sean at age 23.  Anne has completed 3 YWAM training schools.

They are busy assisting the local church, leading outreach teams, and offering technical assistance as the Sanborn’s continue a lifelong plan of ministry in Asia.

To Sean & Anne, everything they have experienced in their lives has been in preparation for serving our Lord Jesus as Missionaries...  to the ends of the earth.
