In 1999 Anne and I moved to Thailand. In October 2011, we closed up and came to work with YWAM Tampa. It has always been out hope to return someday, if only for a visit and to encourage our partners. One partner such partner is Taa. He is a church planter in Phitsanulok. We had strategized with him about starting a DTS (Discipleship Training School) in his city. This fall, he will be doing just that, without us. We have been praying about traveling to Thailand this fall, to teach and pack up any items we left behind that are in Taa's way. However, we do not have the funds to do this. If you are interested in supporting a church planter, I would like to highly recommend Taa to you. Please contact me for further details. I just sent him $500 for start-up costs but he needs much more than that. Would you pray and ask God if He would have you support either of these needs.
When can we go home to Thailand?
Our family has been attending Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church for a few years now. The pastor recently asked me to do a Wednesday night Biblestudy. I have been teaching on the Abrahamic Covenant (Blessing-Blessor Covenant) and it is going well. If you would like to join our mission focused group, click here or contact me if you want me to email you the notes.
Teaching on Buddhism
I have had several opportunities to share about Buddhism. I have been given positive feedback as I have keep refining it.
Teaching on Sound and Performing with Live Oak Theatre Company. Live Oak is a local community theatre that is registered under YWAM Tampa. Their goal is to foster the talents of young actors and actresses in a safe, family friendly environment.
For many years I have been a sound technician. I am now able to share some of the secrets I have learned with budding young technicians and teach actors and singers how to take care of the equipment they use.
Lion, Witch and Wardrobe
Anne and Samantha recently starred in Lion Witch and the Wardrobe.
Anne did a fantastic job in one of the lead roles as Mrs. Beaver and Samantha played the role of a Cheetah.

Staff Mentoring after the DTS
After the DTS ended two of the students stayed on as staff for a few months. It was my role to mentor a fun and capable young man named Erik. Together, we accomplished many of the tasks that have long waited on the YWAM Tampa repair list. It is breathtaking to see how much we have accomplished in only one year.

Close Friends Die
One man I have looked up to since I was a teenager was Jeff Roggenback. We often planned adventuring from one unreached village to another remote village sharing the gospel. Unfortunately, that will not be able to happen. Jeff, his wife Jiin and their young daughter Jasmine died in a car crash on remote mountain roads in Thailand. They left behind a Godly legacy of humility, holiness and commitment.

Final edits on book one of my trilogy. Perhaps I am a perfectionist, but I really want to get this book edited just right before I release it. If you have editing skill and want to participate in an editing forum discussing a few paragraphs of my book just ask to join my facebook group here.
