According to IRS regulations, donations made to 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations which the donor desires to be tax-deductable, must be made directly to the organization.  The organization then has the freedom to use the donation as it pleases.  In YWAM's case, the check is then sent on to us after a 10 day waiting period. 
    
YWAM is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and is audited annually by the IRS. All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for all gifts no matter which method you choose to give.
